Karen Vincent Meredith, age 66, of Mammoth Cave, departed this life on Sunday, February 20, 2022. The Edmonson County native was born August 10, 1955 to Shirley Ann Duff Vincent and the late Ronnie Vincent. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Meredith.
Karen was a member of Stockholm United Baptist Church, where she remained a member until her passing. She was also a former restaurant manager and enjoyed spending time her with grandchildren.
She leaves to honor her memory – her companion, Garry Davis of Mammoth Cave; two sons Greg Johnson (Candi Peterson) and Jarrod Matthew Meredith, both of Mammoth Cave; daughter, Amy Polley (Jason) of Bee Spring; four grandchildren, Carlie Ann Johnson, Colton Johnson, David Johnson and Waylon Meredith, and three brothers, Bruce Vincent (Cindy), Marty Vincent (Joy) and Danny Vincent (Melanie). She was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Tabitha Johnson and her sister Phyllis Hardin.
