Carlos Johnson

Carlos Johnson, age 80 of Brownsville, departed this life on Thursday, He was married to Sandy Patton Johnson, who survives.

Carlos was a retired packer for Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company.  He was saved at Jock United Baptist Church, where he remained a member until his passing.

Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory— two sons, Mike Cast of Brownsville and Kevin Cast of Sunfish; five grandchildren, Michael Metcalf, Jessi Rose, Andy Cast, Mason Cast and Raven Cast; two great-grandchildren, Evan Schoenagel and Ginna Metcalf; one brother, Jack Johnson of Mt. Washington; two sisters, June Basham of Louisville and Janice Sharpe of Sarasota, Florida, along with several nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in Sweeden Church Cemetery.
