Edna Edwards, 73, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Barren County Health and Rehabilitation. She was a daughter of the late Claude Gilbert, Sr. and Annie Jones Gilbert.
She is survived by her husband: Bennie Ray Edwards; one daughter: Cathy Edwards Starr and her husband Bryan; two grandsons: Blake Starr and Andrew Starr; one brother: Claude Gilbert, Jr. and his wife Sandy; five sisters: Brenda Chestnut and her husband Rodney, Linda Mounce, Wanda Dozier, Glenda Whitaker and Nelda Watkins and her husband Dean. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time for services.
