Anthony Garrett, 33, of Glasgow, was discovered Thursday intoxicated and lying in the roadway along Kentucky Street.

GLASGOW, Ky. — Glasgow Police responded to Kentucky Street Thursday regarding a man lying in the street.
Police said a man was partially in the roadway when they arrived. Officers identified the subject as Anthony M. Garrett, 33, of Glasgow.
Garrett was under the influence of drugs, according to a news release. Police discovered methamphetamine, hydrocodone and Xanax inside his pockets. Garrett also had an active warrant for his arrest.
Garrett faces charges relating to public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in the proper container.
