On Saturday, October 9 2021, the Glasgow Police Department responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Sunset Avenue and South Green Street.
Officers determined that a 1997 Chevy Truck being operated by Joseph Bell was traveling eastbound on Sunset Avenue and was attempting to make a left turn onto South Green Street when he failed to see a 2020 Harley Davidson being operated by Jordan Tyler who was traveling southbound on South Green Street and pulled into his path. A 2017 Harley Davidson being operated by James Moore was traveling southbound and struck the 2020 Harley Davidson that was being operated by Jordan Tyler.
Jordan Tyler was transported by the Barren/Metcalfe EMS for his injuries. No other injuries were reported.
The accident was investigated by Officer Josh Hardin, assisted by the Barren/Metcalfe EMS and the Glasgow Fire Department.
