Domestic complaint leads to drug arrest

GLASGOW, Ky – On Sunday, September 19, the Glasgow Police Department responded to a domestic complaint at a residence on Columbia Avenue.

Officers made contact with both subjects involved and confirmed there were no injuries. Officers confirmed that one of the individuals also had an active warrant for his arrest. They also located Marijuana, Methamphetamine and a glass pipe inside his pants pocket.
Steven B. Smith, 44, of Glasgow, was arrested and charged with:
  • 1st Degree Possession Control Substance, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine)
  • Possession Of Marijuana
  • Possession Drug Paraphernalia
He was lodged in the Barren County Jail on a $2,814 cash bond.
