The Glasgow Scottie Girls Soccer Team is headed to the State All A tournament later in September. They earned the berth by winning the All A Regional tournament by defeating Todd County Central in the Championship this weekend 2 to 1. In the first match of the tourney they defeated Russellville to make it to the finals. The State All A-Soccer tournament will be held in Frankfort on September 25th and 26th.
Also congratulations to Scottie Golfer Nina McMurtrey who was the tournament medalist in the Girls All A state golf tournament. Nina won the honor shooting a 72. As a team, the Scotties came in second with a team total of 329. Other Scottie scores Grayson Flatt 84, Lenna Harlow 85, Bailey Birdsell 88, Ava Grace Towe 99. Lexington Christian Academy won the event with at team total 319.
