Debra Fay Garrett Hawkins, age 66, of Cookeville, TN. passed away August 8, 2021 at the Cookeville Medical Center. Debra was born in Glasgow, KY. on September 6, 1954 to the late Henry and Marjorie Hunley Garrett.
She was a member of Union #2 Missionary Baptist Church and worked as a machine operator in Cookeville.
Debra is survived by one brother, Barry Garrett of Glasgow and several nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the McMurtrey Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Union # 2 Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday August 11 from 10:00 A.M. till funeral time of noon.
In lieu of flowers memorials are encouraged to help with funeral expenses and can be left at the McMurtrey Funeral Home.
