Eddie “Catfish” Lindsey

Eddie “Catfish” Lindsey, age 70 of  the Pine Grove community, departed this life on Saturday, July  17, 2021 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.  The Edmonson County native was born on May 25, 1951 to the late Roger R. Lindsey and Florine Miller Lindsey, who survives.

Eddie was a former die caster for J.L. French. He enjoyed farming and fishing, and was a member of  Mt. Zion United Baptist Church.

Besides his mother, he leaves to honor his memory–  his siblings, Robert Lindsey of Pine Grove and Diane Key of Wingfield; a niece, Betty Hawks (Chris); four nephews, Keith Lindsey (Andrea), Ray Key (Alisha), Lee Key (Tonya) and Kevin Lindsey (Susie), along with several great nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Lindsey and sister, Betty Jean Lindsey.

Interment will be in  Pine Grove United Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
