Lillie Mae (Brown) White, 83, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Sunday, July 11th, at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.
Lillie was born in Tompkinsville, KY on October 7, 1937, a daughter of the late Flora (Monday) and Willie Brown.
On January 2, 1954, she married Dennis “Denny” Edward White, who preceded her in death.
She was an Old Fashioned Missionary Baptist Church member.
Lillie is survived by five daughters, Susie Smith, and husband, Kent; Reva Trent, and husband, Jackie, both of Clay County, TN; Charlene Page, and husband, Joe Eagle, Linda Strong, and Jeanette Hagan, and husband, Jonathan all of Tompkinsville, KY; five sons, Roy “Buddy” White, and wife, Debra; Freddie White, and wife, Angie; Willie “Jake” White, and wife, Vickie; Stevie White and Charles White, all of Tompkinsville, KY; 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Lillie is also survived by five sisters, Mary Marie Bland, of Tompkinsville, KY, Bertha Butler, Ina Westmoreland, both of Frankfort, KY, Mennie Copas, of Burkesville, KY and Dellie Copas of Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Other than her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a son, DT White, and two brothers, Bedford and William Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 14th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Burial to follow at Center Point Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday, July 13, from 4-8 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home, and Wednesday morning after 8 AM until service time.
