Robert Lee “Bob” Albert, age 73, of Munfordville, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at his residence in Munfordville, KY. He was a retired self employed brick and block mason.
He was the son of the late Henley Albert Sr. and the late Elsie Lance Albert and husband of the late Patricia Albert. He was also preceded in death by a son Robert Lee Albert Jr., a grandson Trenton Matthews and a great grandchild Kacy Long.
He is survived by four daughters, Melinda Atkinson, Munfordville, KY, Melissa Sturgeon (Michael), Bowling Green, KY, Hope Rich (Eugene), Munfordville, KY, Bobbie Matthews (Jamie), Munfordville, KY; one son, Henley “Gib” Albert, Munfordville, KY; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Jerry Cox, Hardin, TX, Goldie Harless, Ravenna, OH; four brothers, William Albert (Peggy), Warren, OH, Charles Albert (Sue), Cincinnati, OH, Henley Garland Albert, Munfordville, KY, Lawrence Albert, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM CT, Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Sallee officiating.
Interment will be at Albert Family Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
