Judy Jane VanMeter, age 76 of Clarkson, departed this life on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. The Edmonson County native was born on July 6, 1944 to the late Matthew York and Norene Vincent York.
Judy was a homemaker and a member of Vincent Church.
She leaves to honor her memory– two granddaughters, Candice Jordan Sanders and Kaitlyn Sullivan; one great-grandson, Caden; dear friends, Doris Brown and J.R. Childress, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her children, Thomas VanMeter and Denise Sullivan Coy; her grandson, Brayden Sanders and two sisters, Cova Vincent and Gloria Dean Smith.
The service for Judy VanMeter will be at 2 pm, Friday at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel
Interment will be in Vincent Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11 am – until time for service.
