Heidi Marie Ballard, 39, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Owensboro, KY native was a hairdresser.
She is survived by her parents: Dennis and Doris Ballard, Scottsville, KY;
Her twin sister: Heather Lynn Ballard, Lexington, KY;
2 brothers: Roy Ballard and wife, Stephanie, Carterville, IL and Lester Ballard, Bowling Green, KY;
Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Edwin Ballard and Evelyn Bewley Ballard and maternal grandparents: Maurice Lyon Williams and Mary Dotson Williams.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation was chosen and Goad Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
