George Albert Moore, Sr. age 73 of Munfordville passed away Saturday afternoon at the Edmonson Center in Brownsville. He was born in Danville, IL and was the son of the late Albert & Greedith Smith Moore. George was a family man. He was a member of the NRA and the Munfordville Church of God.
He was preceded in death by is wife Gloria, a brother Terry Ray Moore and two sisters Elizabeth Dunagan & Mary Kay Moore.
He is survived by a son-George Albert Moore, Jr. of Munfordville
Three daughters-Greedith Butler of Cub Run, Gloria Moore of Pleasant Hill, IL and Becky Mak of Thayer, Il
Two brothers-Phil Moore of Arkansas and Donald Lee Moore of New Tazwell, TN
9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren
Funeral services for George Albert Moore, Sr. will be 1pm Wednesday, May 19th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Harper Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11am Wednesday at the Sego Funeral Home. The family request that memorial donations be given to the Harper Cemetery Fund.
