Frank Hollinsworth,43, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021, at his residence. He was born on February 11, 1978, the son of the late Ronnie Kay and Barbara Ann (Cornwell) Hollinsworth. Frank was a 1996 graduate of Monroe County High School and worked at Halton Industries.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara (Cornwell) Hollinsworth; one daughter, Madison Hollinsworth; one son, Jackson Hollinsworth; one brother, Jamie Hollinsworth and wife Tamara; three nieces, Morgan Hollinsworth, Brailynn Turner, and Karleigh Kay Hollinsworth; one nephew, Mason Hollinsworth; a lifelong friend, Chris Graves; several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Buford Franklin and Gladys Reagan Cornwell; paternal grandparents, Rondall Chuck and Evelyn Grenead Hollinsworth.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home with burial in Old Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Loy Milam and Jermey Yokley will officiate the service.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday morning after 6:30 a.m. until time for the service.
Pallbearers will be Mason, Logan, and Landon Hollinsworth, Ryan, Carey, and Chris Cornwell.
Honorary Pallbearers are family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated by the family for funeral expenses and these may be made at the funeral home or mailed to Bartley & Sons Funeral Home at 204 Columbia Avenue, Tompkinsville, Kentucky 42167.
