Ruth Lynne Pacheco

Ruth Lynne Pacheco,62, of Tompkinsville passed away on Thursday, May 13,

2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She

was born on July 11, 1958, in Providence, Rhode Island the daughter of the

late Clyde Erwin and Ruth Aileen (Pace) Gilreath. She was married to James

Pacheco who preceded her in death on May 29, 2015.

She is survived by one daughter, Christina Pacheco; one son, James Pacheco;

four grandchildren, Travis, Alec & Serenity Pacheco and Anthony Honeycutt;

four brothers, Clyde, Dwaine, Charles, and Robert Gilreath; two sisters,

Constance Viau, and Carolina Gonzales also survive.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Bartley & Sons

Funeral Home with burial in the Mud Lick Cemetery. Jonathan Page will

officiate the service.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until the

time for the service.
