Rebecca Faye Boles, 74, of Glasgow passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Norton Women and Children’s Hospital in Louisville. Born June 2, 1946 in Metcalfe County to the late Lawrence and Doris Simmons Keltner. Rebecca was of the protestant faith and a retired LPN.
In later years after retirement spent all her time being a devoted wife and mother. Always making sure the needs of her family came before hers.
Rebecca is survived by her husband Sam Boles. Three sons. Larry Akin of Decatur, Alabama. Bobby Garvin of Glasgow and Sammy Boles of Beech Grove, Indiana. Three daughters. Jessie Stevens of Glasgow. Christy Dozier of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Melissa Goodroe of Glasgow. Eighteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She also survived by a special son Kaden Garvin.
Funeral services for Rebecca Boles will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, May 14, 2021 at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with interment in the Missionary Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday and after 9:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
