Phyllis Joan Webb, age 76, of New Albany, IN formerly of Munfordville, KY, passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021, at her residence in New Albany, IN.
She was the daughter of the late Jack Tebo and the late Catherine Brown. She is also preceded in death by a sister Lee Hensley.
She is survived by two daughters, Joann Russell, Edmonton KY , Lisa Russell, Edmonton, KY; two sons, Donnie Russell (Lisa Cunningham), New Albany, IN, Ronnie Russell , Edmonton, KY; 24 grandchildren and 25 Great-Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT, Thursday, May 13, 2021. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM CT, Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. D. L. Talley officiating. Interment will be at Dorsey Chapel Cemetery, Munfordville, KY.
