Paul Joiner 100 of Bowling Green died Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky. He was retired from Pet Milk Company after 36 years of service and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Bowling Green.
He is survived by five children, Martha Huffman, Carol Simpson and husband Larry and Paul Joiner, JR and wife Melissa, all of Bowling Green ,Naomi Mathews and husband Rodney of Alvaton and Nellie Pickett of Glasgow; twelve grandchildren, Sonya and Gina Simpson, Randy Simpson and wife Sherry, Lori Sweatt and husband Robert, Joe Joiner and wife, Tiffany, Rob Joiner and wife Brittney, Bobby McCown and wife, Sara, Shelley Alford and husband James, Rhonda Maroney and husband John, Lee Mathews and wife Michelle, Chris Huffman and wife Kelli and Ashley Wyatt and husband David. Twenty- six great-grandchildren, Mallory and Lindsey Simpson, Ethan Jenkins and wife, Lydia, Tyler and Whitney Jenkins, Bryce Sweatt, Jackson, Kaylee, Lucas and Charlotte Joiner, Rylee Carr, Melanie Hayden and husband, David, Jessica Devasher and husband Andy, Tyler McCown, Logan Hills and husband Justin, Austin Maroney, Cody and Jordan Mathews, Colton Mathews and wife Haley, Allie Moyers and husband Wesley, Makenna, Ella and Gracie Huffman, Addyson, Cooper and Bailey Wyatt and four great-great grandchildren, Easton and Kymber Devasher, Waylon Hills and Carolina Jenkins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Dixie Grant Joiner; his wife of 76 years, Frances Joiner; five brothers, Briggs Wysong, Wayne, Perry and Kenneth Joiner and a son in law, David Huffman.
Funeral services for Paul Joiner will be held at 12noon Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at the JC Kirby and Son, Lovers Lane Chapel with burial in the Fairview Cemetery #2. Visitation from 4 to 8PM Monday, May 3, 2021 and 10AM to 12PM Tuesday. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
