Adam R. Puckett age 39 passed away Friday night at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He worked at the saw mill in Upton with the Amish. He was preceded in death by his mother Debbie Puckett Jaggers.
Adam is survived by his wife Amanda
His children Ethan Puckett, Dalton Puckett, Caitlyn Puckett and her fiancé Dalton Newton all of Leitchfield
a step-daughter Elizabeth & her husband Devon Higdon of Leitchfield
father-Albert Jaggers of Munfordville; sisters Crystal Brooks & husband Larry of Priceville and Angela Jaggers of Munfordville; his paternal grandmother Juanita Jaggers of Munfordville; Adam was also loved by his aunts, uncles and cousins that survive.
Funeral services for Adam R. Puckett will be 1pm Tuesday, May 4th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with burial in the Center Point Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 3-8pm and after 8am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home. The family request that memorial donations be given to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
