Phillip S. Parrish, 76, of Madisonville, KY and formerly of Scottsville, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Hillside Center in Madisonville. The Jacksonville, FL native was a retired employee of the Allen County PVA and member of Old Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Terry Glen Parrish and Mildred Eileen Skaggs Parrish and husband of the late Mickey Wilson Parrish.
He is survived by 1 son: Josh Parrish and wife, Gail, Scottsville, KY;
2 grandchildren: Seth Parrish and Shea Parrish, both of Scottsville, KY.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother: David Parrish and 2 sisters: Kathy Parrish and Glenda Tinsley.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Delk officiating and burial in Holland Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home.
