On 11/12/2020, the Glasgow Police Department recovered a stolen vehicle from Columbia Ky.
Officer Maniere located a vehicle that matched the description as a stolen vehicle from Columbia Ky. in the parking lot of the Baptist Church on Grandview with a male subject inside. Officer Maniere made contact with the driver identified as Tiras Mitchell and located a meth pipe and two syringe covers inside his left pants pocket.
Tiras L. Mitchell of Glasgow Ky., was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000, Operating On Suspended Or Revoked Operator License, Possession Drug Paraphernalia.
The arrest was made by Officer Tim Maniere.
