Uria D.J. Miller age 84 passed away Tuesday, Oct. 13 at his residence. He was married to Martha D. Miller on December 9, 1954 and she preceded him in death on Sept. 19 of this year. He was the son of the late Dan J. Miller and Martha D. Miller.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son David Miller, a daughter Mary Miller, a grandchild, 3 great-grandchildren, brothers Jake Miller, Allen Miller, Dan Miller, David Miller & Sisters-in-law ,Elizabeth Byler and Ella Kauffman.
Surviving are his children-Daniel (Katie), Bill (Susie), Barbara (Daniel Byler), Susie (Mahlon Byler) and Sara; sisters-Cora (Joe Hostetler), Selina (Noah Byler), Leona (Ervin Barkman), Martha (Dan Yoder), and Ida (Crist Byler).
Funeral service for Uria D.J. Miller will be 9:30am Friday, Oct. 16 at the residence of Uria Detweiler in Horse Cave with burial to follow in the Millers Cemetery. Visitation is continuous at the residence of 1000 Walker Stewart Rd., Horse Cave, KY . The family entrusted Sego Funeral Home to assist them with the funeral arrangements.
