GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow man went to jail on Saturday following a traffic stop along Quail Ridge Circle.
The Glasgow Police Department arrested Charles H. Capps after performing field sobriety tests and determining that Capps was impaired. Police also discovered a metal container, which contained Xanax bars and buprenorphine hydrochloride.
Capps attempted to hide the drugs, a GPD news release said.
Capps was charged with several traffic offenses, and he was cited on first and second degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), driving while under the influence and tampering with physical evidence.
