Lawrence Edward Mathis, age 87 of Munfordville, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Glenview Health Care in Glasgow. He was a native Indiana, a life-long farmer and worked in the lumber yard.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Mathis and Cora Lee Mathis; two brothers.
He is survived by two daughters, Sherry Taylor (Rocky) and Kelly Chapman (Scott); one granddaughter, Haily Taylor; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
A graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Wilkerson Temple Church Cemetery in Kessinger under the direction of Winn Funeral Home, with burial to follow there.
