Geneva Smith Vincent, 77, of Brownsville passed away Tuesday Sept. 1, 2020 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a 1964 graduate of Edmonson County High School. She was a daughter of the late Walter Smith and Lucy Lee Smith and the wife of the late Leon Vincent. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edgar Smith and Gerald Smith and three sisters, Willadean Goad, Madge Miller and Jonell Priddy.
Surviving are a son, Marty Cowles (Alanna) of Pine Grove; two granddaughters, Kimberly Kerr (Adam) and Kristin Cowles; three great grandchildren, Ryder Kerr, Emma Kerr and Jackson Lay; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be private. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Friday at Gravil Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Holly Springs Cemetery.
