Rachel Jane Hogue Kidd, 69, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at her residence. Born in Glasgow, Ky on September 10, 1950 she was the daughter, of the late Jewell and Lou Reed Kinslow Hogue. Mrs. Kidd was a retired education teacher for North Metcalfe and Summer Shade Schools, she received her Masters Degree from WKU, she was a member of the KEA, NEA, Retired Teachers Association and retired from New Farmers Bank. She was also a loving mother and grandmother that will be missed by all. Mrs. Kidd was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include one son Brad High (Angie) of Horse Cave; two daughters, Heather Kidd of Glasgow, and Jennifer Cook (Will) of Murfreesboro, TN. four grandchildren, Madison and Landon High; Declan Cook and Iris Cook: two brothers, Leland Hogue of Glasgow, Leonard Hogue Macon, GA; two sisters, Peggy Harley of Macon, GA, Rita Mullins of Louisville, KY of Louisville, along with several nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. A. F. Crow & Son Funeral home assisting family with service.
