GLASGOW, Ky. – One person was shot on Monday morning at a home along Leslie Avenue in Glasgow, and police continue to investigate the incident.
Glasgow Police responded to the scene at 309 Leslie Ave. and noted signs of forced entry. Police went inside the residence and located a male subject.
GPD Public Information Officer Terry Flatt said the individual was in his late 40s or early 50s.
“Detectives and the evidence tech are on the scene gathering evidence, witness statements and anything else that might have been left behind,” Flatt said.
One of the gunshot wounds was in the buttocks area and the other was located in the lower leg.
He was transported by Barren-Metcalfe EMS for his injuries. No person has been arrested.
