At 2:00 PM on Aug. 20, the Bowling Green – Warren County Drug Task Force, with assistance from Kentucky State Police Interdiction Team arrested Crystall Michelle Crone, 47, of Bowling Green. It followed an investigation, surveillance and a covert drug purchase which lead to sufficient information to obtain a search warrant for the accused residence. While the search warrant was being obtained detectives were observing the accused residence and saw what appeared to be additional illegal drug sales.
This investigation resulted from information the accused was trafficking in Crystal Methamphetamine and Fentanyl in the Bowling Green area.
Crone was charged with four counts, trafficking in Controlled Substance, First Degree (Meth), trafficking in Controlled Substance, First Degree (Fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
Seized during the arrested was 4 grams of crystal methamphetamine (Mexican Meth), 4 grams of Fentanyl, 9 grams of marijuana, Scales, $729 in cash.
The accused was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail pending arraignment in Warren District Court. This investigation will also be presented to the Warren County Grand Jury at a later date and additional charges are likely.
