Lorraine Bishop, 78. Of Glasgow, KY, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was born on July 21, 1942 to the late Alvie and Katie Harper Deckard. Lorraine loved to stay busy, she loved to work in the yard and gardening in her flowers. She was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church in Glasgow.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert E. Bishop; sons Bobby Daryl Bishop (Myra) and Carl Wayne Bishop (Kellye); grandchildren, Emilee England (Jonathan), Travis Bishop, and Trace Bishop (fiancée Kallie Bellamy); great-grandsons, Joseph and James England; sisters, Georgia Key, Shirley McClard, Agnes Potts, Carolyn Berry, Margaret McGuire, Betty Smith; brother, Billy Deckard; several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a grandson, Tyler Grant Bishop; sisters Verna Massey, Helen Green; brothers, Fred, James, and Carl Deckard.
The family would like to thank the staff of NHC for their love and compassion shown to Lorraine.
Funeral service will be 11:00am Wednesday, August 12th at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and on Wednesday morning until time for service at the funeral home.

All those who wish to honor and remember Mrs. Bishop in person at the visitation or service must wear a mask or other appropriate facial covering and practice physical distancing while inside the funeral home for the safety of those in attendance.
