On Wednesday a Deputy with the Hart County Sheriff’s office conducting a traffic stop on Hardy Valley Road in Munfordville. The drive, 38 year old Richard Perry II was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree – 1st offense, and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.
Perry was also served several outstanding warrants for his arrest that included receiving stolen property under $10,000, fleeing and evading, 2nd degree and a probation violation.
Perry was transported and lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $15,500.00 bond.
