Glasgow, KY.- On Wednesday evening, the Glasgow Police Department conducted a traffic stop
on New Salem Road.
Officer Phillips made contact with Michael Jewell and received consent to search where he
located Methamphetamine, Syringe and Marijuana.
Michael J. Jewell of Glasgow Ky., was arrested and charged with Possession Control
Substance 1st Degree 3rd Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession Of Marijuana,
Possession Drug Paraphernalia.
The arrest was made by Officer Hayden Phillips, assisted by Sgt. Jessie Barton.
