Loretta Riordan, age 79, of Hardyville, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 in Hardyville. She was a homemaker.
She was the daughter of the late Ed Jones and the late Sylvia Lile Hester and the wife of the late Denzel Riordan. She was also preceded in death by her son Danny Riordan, two sisters and one brother.
She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Pippin, Cave City, KY; one son, Ronald Riordan, Hardyville, KY; two sisters, Mavis Moore, Louisville, KY, Rosetta Glass, Hardyville, KY; one brother, Randall Jones, Hardyville, KY; three grandchildren, Trina Blair (Michael), Anissa Johnson (Jordan), Jeremy Pippin; four great-grandchildren, Christal Tweedy, Courtney Tweedy, Aaron Tweedy, Justin Pippin; three great-great-grandchildren, A’mari Bradley, Avah Bradley, Aiden Ortega.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, Friday, July 17, 2020 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM CT, Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM CT, Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Wilson and Bro. Ronald Riordan officiating. Interment will be at Riordan Family Cemetery, Pascal, KY.
