GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow man was placed in jail after a traffic stop.
The Glasgow Police Department says a traffic stop was conducted along Frazier Avenue on Friday. An officer made contact with the driver, identified as Charles J. Ballard.
Ballard had a suspended operator’s license. Police searched his vehicle and located a glass pipe, marijuana and methamphetamine.
Ballard was placed under arrest and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
