Hart County trio arrested after trafficking discovered

HORSE CAVE, Ky. – Three people were taken to jail Wednesday in Hart County after authorities discovered a drug trafficking operation.

A search warrant was executed at Greenwood Apartments, located at 300 W. Main St. in Horse Cave. Multiple items consistent with drug trafficking were discovered.

Felicity Perkins, 18, and Brandy Nickson, 35, both of Horse Cave, were arrested. Aaron Perry, 29, of Munfordville, was also arrested.

They were charged with trafficking in legend drugs (first offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, drug unspecified), trafficking in marijuana (more than 5 lbs, first offense), and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

The Greater Hardin County Drug Task Force continues to investigate.
