Barbara Jean Wilkerson Tucker, 81, of Scottsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at her residence in Scottsville, Kentucky.
Barbara Jean Wilkerson Tucker, 81, of Scottsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at her residence in Scottsville, Kentucky.
She was born January 23, 1939 in Tampa, FL to the late Ira Wilkerson and Ollie Mae Johns Wilkerson. She married Charles Tucker, who precedes her in death, in the summer of 1975 in Hanover, Ohio. She was retired from Canteen Food Services, attended Scottsville Church of Christ, was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by one daughter: Debbie Morgan of Scottsville, KY;
One sister: Joyce Dunson Of Valrico, Fl;
Four grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by two brothers: Ralph and Alvin Wilkerson.
Cremation was chosen and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association and can be made at the funeral home.
