Marcia Lee Perkins, 73, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Peru, IN, February 20, 1947 to the late Kenneth Corbin and Mary Corbin who still survives. Mrs. Perkins retired from R. R. Donnelley where she worked in the accounting department for over 25 years. Marcia loved volunteering at her church, especially working in the Kids Hope program at First United Methodist Church where she has been a member for over 20 years. She was also an avid supporter of the Next Step program.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Perkins; three sons, Kevin Werner (Kathy) of Glasgow, Aaron Werner of MI, Gregory Werner (Hilaria) of AZ; and three grandchildren, Corbin Werner of Glasgow, Alexander Werner of AZ, and Madison Perkins of TN.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a stepson, Chris Perkins.
The funeral service for Mrs. Perkins will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 21st at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Saturday and Sunday morning until time for service at the funeral home.
