Cathy Faye Finley, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020. She was born on December 14, 1963, the daughter of Maxey Birge and Christene (Turner) Birge. Cathy was united in marriage on August 11, 1984, to James Cleo Finley, Jr. (Jimbo). She was a member of the Sand Lick Missionary Baptist Church.
Cathy is survived by her parents, Maxey and Christene (Turner) Birge; husband Jim Finley II; one daughter, Kalee Erin Mullican (Paul); one son, James Cleo Finley III(Lindsay); mother-in-law, Demetra Finley; one granddaughter, Ember Jo Finley.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Jim Finley; maternal grandparents, Clyde and Flossie Turner; paternal grandparents, Pearl and Maggie Birge.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Anderson-Bartley Funeral Home with burial in the Memorial Lawn.
Visitation will be beginning on Sunday, June 21, 2020, from 5 pm until 8 pm, continue on Monday, June 22, 2020, from 8 am until 8 pm and continue on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, from 8 am until time for the service at 1:00 pm. Tim Britt will officiate the service.
Pallbearers are Kerry Anderson, David Anderson, Anthony Crowe, Brett Crowe, Kevin Lyons, and Kerry Lyons.
Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society. These may be made in person or mailed to the funeral home.
