Anna Victoria “Vickie” Smith, 84, of Cave City, died June 19, 2020 at her home. Vickie was born September 15, 1935 in Fountain Run, KY, daughter of the late Dewey Duncan and Katherine Borders Duncan. Vickie was a retired factory worker and homemaker. She attended Boyd’s Creek Methodist Church.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Smith (Patricia) of Cave City, Tony and Darrell Smith of Glasgow; seven grandchildren, Misty Estes (Matt), Chad Martin (Tina) of Cave City, Jeremy Smith (Kristina) of Nuremberg, Germany, Chris Smith (Christina) of Scottsville, Brittney Lunz (Dean) of Summer Shade, Leigh Bryant of Burkesville and Courtney Smith of Glasgow; 17 great grandchildren; one sister, Ruby Lightfoot of Bowling Green and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lee Smith; son, Jimmy Darwin Smith; granddaughter, Jennifer; two brothers, Clifton and James Everett Duncan; one sister, Virginia Stephens and her step mother, Alta Gosnell Duncan.
In lieu of flowers the family request a memorial contribution be made to Hosparus of Southern Kentucky or Kosair Children’s Hospital.
A private family visitation will be on Monday, June 22nd at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
