Harold Wayne Turner, age 62 of the Lone Star Ridge Community, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at his home. He was a son of the late Ed and Ova Muse Turner and was a former employee of Home Bartley Lumber Co.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah  June Norris Turner; one daughter, Donna June Turner;  six sisters, Faye (James ) Smith, Kathy Turner and Beverly Turner all of Indianapolis,  Carolyn Simpson, Judy Ford and Tracy ( Jackie) Simpson of Edmonton;  four brothers, Odie (Violet) Turner, Darrell(Ruby) Turner, Timothy ( Sharon) all of Beaumont and Jerry (Barbara ) Turner of Mud Camp.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Turner,  Three brothers, Jimmy, Terry and Tim Dale Turner.

Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 13 at 1:00 P M at the House of Prayer Church with Bro.Phil Lowrey officiating.  Burial will be in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, Dec.12 at 2:00 P M at the McMurtrey Funeral Home and after ll:00 AM at the church.
