THE GRAND JURY CHARGES that on or about November 25, 2023 In Metcalfe County, Kentucky the defendant committed the crime of NO BRAKE LIGHTS (PASSENGER VEHICLES) when she operated a vehicle upon a highway without it being equipped with a mechanical signal device which would indicate an intention to stop or suddenly decrease speed by illuminating at least two red lights on the rear of her vehicle.
