HIGH SPEED CHASE IN GLASGOW LEADS TO AN ARREST ON FRIDAY PDF Print

Glasgow Police were involved in a high speed chase on Friday. Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart in Glasgow for a reckless driving Complaint. When they arrived, officers observed Marvin Alfaro 23 do a burn out and sped off on Happy Valley Road. Police pursued the vehicle going 130 miles per hour as the driver tried to evade. When Officers Eddie Lindsey and Charlie Eubank made contact with the vehicle, the officers try to communicate with Alfaro. Alfaro did not respond or cooperate with police. Both Lindsey and Eubank broke the windows of the car and observed 4 minors present inside. The minors were taken to T.J. Samson hospital for their injuries.

 

Glasgow Police arrested Marvin Alfaro on nine charges including reckless driving, Fleeing or Evading Police, 1st degree in a motor vehicle and wanted endangerment. Through investigations it was noted Alfaro was in the country illegally. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had been contacted.
