INJURY COLLISION YESTERDAY AT LOUISVILLE RD/KELLY RD. PDF Print

On Thursday November 29th, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to an injury collision at the intersection of Louisville road and Kelly Road. Through investigation, it was determined that 27-year-old Quentin Hornback of Fort Worth, who was operating a Ford pick up truck, turned into the path of a Chevrolet pick up operated by 28-year-old Brian Kemble of Brownsville. This collision occurred at the traffic light at the intersection. Kemble was treated at the scene by medical center EMS and was later life flighted to Vanderbilt Hospital for injuries. A passenger in Hornback’s truck, 33-year-old Miranda Nelson of Clarkson, was transported to the Medical Center for treatment for her injuries. The collision is still under investigation.
