Lonnie Ken Fields, 66, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Thursday, March 24th, at his home.
Lonnie was born in Columbus, IN on November 22, 1955, a son of the late Selma (Knight) and Carlos Fields.
Lonnie graduated Columbus North High School in 1974. He worked in Maintenance and was a Preacher. He was a member of Marrowbone Baptist Church.
On February 22, 2014, he married Yvonne Hasch Fields, in Tompkinsville, KY.
Lonnie is survived by his wife, Yvonne Fields, of Tompkinsville, KY; two daughters, Heather Smith (James), of Westport, IN; and Bethany Hendrix, of Scottsville, KY;
a son, David Williams (Barbara), of Louisville, KY; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Lonnie is also survived by a sister, Melinda Coomer (Paul), of Columbus, IN. and
a brother, Ronnie Fields (Sherry), of Bedford, IN.
He is preceded in death by a son, Andrew Hendrix, brother, Alfred Fields and sister, Carole Mathis.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 27th at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, KY. Burial to follow at Monroe County Memorial Lawn.
Visitation is Saturday, 4-8 PM, and Sunday, 9:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
