From the weekend in sports, congratulations to the Scottie Soccer team as they beat Bishop Brossart 2-0 this afternoon in the Class All “A” soccer tournament in Frankfort.
The Scotties advance to the semifinal round Sunday vs. Prestonsburg at 10:00 a.m.
The Glasgow Lady Scottie golf team came in 3rd place in the KGCA First Tee Invitational this weekend.
Total team score of 330. The event was played at Lakeside Golf Course in Lexington. The Lady Scotties will be back in action Tuesday as they begin play in the Regional Tournament.
