GLASGOW, Ky. – An intoxicated person walking on Tuesday along South Lewis Street in Glasgow was arrested.
The Glasgow Police Department arrested Tyler Whitney, 28, of Glasgow, after an officer observed him staggering around and “having a hard time keeping his balance while walking” along the roadway, according to a GPD news release.
The officer determined Whitney was intoxicated and that he had a baggie of synthetic marijuana inside his right pocket.
Whitney was charged with possession of synthetic drugs (second or subsequent offense); alcoholic intoxication in a public place and possession of drug paraphernalia.
