The fleeing charge alleged Amin disobeyed a police officer’s direction to stop while operating a vehicle with intent to flee or elude. The indictment alleges his conduct caused or created a substantial risk of serious injury or death.

The speeding count alleged Amin drove 89 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.
