Several individuals from Barren County Schools have been named finalists for Western Kentucky University’s Distinguished Educator awards.
Shelby Boggs from North Jackson Elementary is a finalist in the Visual and Performing Arts category.
Jaime Ayers in the Teacher Mentor category.
Donna Jones in Belonging.
Scott Johnson, Innovation.
Daniel Robertson, High School.
Debra Hughes, Elementary.
WKU representatives will surprise the winners of each category at their respective schools later this month.
