Farmers RECC, headquartered in Glasgow, has been recognized as one of the top five member cooperatives in customer satisfaction by Touchstone Energy.
The cooperative scored a 92 out of 100 in the American Customer Satisfaction Index during the fourth quarter of 2025, according to a Farmers RECC press release.
The cooperative’s satisfaction score is 18 points higher than the average investor-owned utility, 17 points higher than the average municipal utility score and 16 points above the average for cooperative utilities.
In the release, Caralyne Pennington, who serves as the director of member and public communications for Farmers RECC, emphasized their dedication to maintaining superior service and strong community relations.
Their top score reflects a firm commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in energy delivery.
