Both Barren County and Glasgow swimmers competed in the Region 2 Swim Meet at Bowling Green High School on Saturday.
Barren County’s Lincoln Bielak posted the highest individual finish of any local competitors. He finished tenth in the boys 100 yard backstroke event. He also teamed with Devon Poland, Landon Miller and Brayden Willis to finish ninth in the boys 200 yard freestyle relay.
Glasgow’s Ann Rhoades Pike finished twelfth in the girls 200 yard freestyle. She also teamed with Noelle Grieshop, Ann Hughes and Madeline Neuhaus to finish twelfth in the 200 yard medley relay event.
